We offer a full range of venue decorations and flowers that reflect both Balinese and Western themes. Bouquets can be provided using locally cultivated and imported flowers including a large range of orchids, frangipani, lisianthums, roses and lilies.

Our hair and makeup artists have over 50 years combined experience in the hair and beauty industry, having worked in such places as Australia, London, South Africa and throughout Asia.

Trained in Napoleon and Mac Cosmetics with career highlights including fashion shoots and bridal expos, work with Toni and Guy in Chelsea London, on various feature films and television including residency for one at the Stratford East Theatre Company in London and endless magazine shoots.

Most of our local ladies have been trained overseas in Hong Kong and Singapore or are trained and managed locally by foreign owners with much experience in the wedding and photography business.

All our ladies are committed to making every bride the very goddess she deserves to be on her special day, whilst not forgetting of course, the bridesmaids and mothers too. Our girls have knowledge and skills that are both modern and up to date.

Glo Day Spa & Salon

Glo Day Spa & Salon use Youngblood Mineral Cosmetic products from the USA, which are very suited to Bali’s tropical climate. These products are very light in texture and don't clog the pores. These cosmetics are perfect for photo shooting, as they give a radiant look to the skin. They also use and recommend Goldwell hair products from Germany.

Their creative team consists of a mix of Australian and Indonesian stylists and professionals, all of whom have been trained by Youngblood in Australia. Their attention to detail ensures that you won't be disappointed with their work.

They can provide Spa Events for Hens Parties, along with manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, eyelash extensions, spray-on tans and universal contour wraps - the perfect body wrap treatment for your big day. This consists of an excellent inch loss, detox and exfoliate body treatment program, the result of which can last for up to 30 days.

Bali Pic offer a locally based photography and videography service that specialize in capturing wedding images and presenting them in a very ‘photo journalist’ style. They try to offer a fresh perspective in wedding photography, whilst quietly capturing the ‘essence’ of the day. Bali Indah Photography

Samantha is our expat Australian photographer. She's been working professionally since 2002 and has all the legal paperwork required to work in Bali, although she divides her time between her offices in Darwin and Bali.

After obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Photography Science at the Central Institute of Technology and gaining many years of experience, Sam took up a photography training role whilst continuing and growing her wedding and corporate photography business.

Sam's real passion is the people, lifestyle and scenery of Bali. Her love of Bali and it's people shines through in all her work.

Dijon Bali catering started with the shop in 1999. At that time, nobody could find imported goods in small quantities anywhere in Bali, so Voila (Dijon Bali) became that place. Live Bands

In 1998, the two original members of Traffic Blues started performing at the Hard Rock Bali’s Centre Stage. Eventually, they were joined by other band members and started playing a wider variety of music.

They present a unique variety of R&B, Jazz, Soul and Rock with great lead vocals driving funky rhythms. Traffic Blues play a number of regular gigs around Bali, but today spend most of their time playing at special events and weddings.

They can play all genres of music, from chill out, dance, rock ‘n roll, R & B and blues to jazz ... all presented in their own unique style.

They can perform in a variety of band configurations, including 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 piece, making them able to accommodate every request.

Organized Kaos Bali

Organized Kaos Bali is an excellent covers band that play a wide range of popular contemporary rock, pop and indie songs. They've been playing in Bali for 12 years and have worked at thousands of weddings and events during this time. Experience allows them to integrate seamlessly with wedding and event schedules, ensuring that their set-up, sound checks and packing down don’t interfere with your day.

Apart from amplified music sessions, Organized Kaos Bali also offer acoustic sessions, where they often feature at such venues as Hu’u Bar, Crystal Palace and many other venues. Amplified music is often played to entertain guests before and after a wedding ceremony, or to simply provide Chill Out background music.

DJ's

Today, DJ’s more about playing the music you choose through really good equipment and sound systems, than about persuading your guests to move up on to the dance floor.

For this reason, it’s important to choose a DJ with good experience and a high quality equipment and sound system. You need to take the time to plan out the music you would like to have played at your event. You can let the DJ know specific tunes or artists you'd like played, or just let them know (through us), the genre of music and atmosphere you want.

We work with some excellent local DJ’s, as well as a few western DJ’s. Prices start at around $800.00 for a local Balinese DJ to anything up to $2,000.00 for well known westerners.
